二、如题，关于麻风免疫证明，回家查了小时候的防疫本，8个月和7岁时候接种的，
按照UW的要求8个月时候的就无效了，网上有看到说是要补一针，这个是在国内医院可以办吗？然后怎么书面证明什么的要怎么开啊？
或者是不是可以去做麻疹血液化验？这个有人有经验吗？ 希望详细点啊~ 多谢！

UW网站上看到的三种
1. Date of two live virus measles (rubeola) vaccinations, both given after January 1, 1968. Vaccines must have been given no earlier than 12 mnths of age (on or after first birthday) and at least 28 days between doses.
OR
2. Documented positive measles titer (rubeola blood test) lab result.
Please submit copy of Lab Result with UW Measles Immunity Requirement Form.
OR
3. Documented history of measles (rubeola) disease from doctor or health care provider that includes provider contact information.
