Hello,
My name is Natalie Rose Smith and me and my friend's are subletting 2 rooms in our house from mid June until the end of September. Here is some information about the house and the two rooms:
-The first room is $480/month plus utilities and it is medium-sized.
-The second room is $570/month plus utilities and it is large.
-The house is located on the corner of NE 57th Street and 25th Avenue NE.
-The neighborhood the house is in is very safe.
-The house looks a lot like the house in the movie 'Up.'  .
-The bus stop for bus routes 68, 30, and 372 are less than a block away from the house
-The house is right by the University Village shopping center and the IMA
-My three friends Jessica, Jordan, and Anne will also be living at the house this summer. Jordan and Jessica are Pre-Med and Psychology majors and Anne is a Global Health major. They are all really, really kind and friendly people who like movies, board games, cooking, and playing video games.
-There is a lot of parking if you have a car.
-The house has a washing machine, dryer, and dish washer.
