Job description: The inside sales works with engineers, distributors, architects and manufacturer personnel. Provide clients with design and pricing assistance through drawings, emails and verbal communication.
Essential duties and responsibility:
A successful candidate will be trained and able to carry out below duties:
- Read mechanical HVAC drawings, schedules, specs, applications
- Interact with regional sales, and distributors to provide the optimum system design.
- Provide project quotes.
- Attend meeting with Engineers, Clients, and Contractors throughout various stages of project to prepare and/or validate proposed scope of work
- Assist regional sales
- Assist project design and system quote with technical, sale teams from the manufacturer in China
- Coordinate with the manufacturer team on project design, and order follow up.
Job qualifications
- degree in engineering or equivalent background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details
- 1-3 years inside sales or technical support experience preferred
- Work authorization:United States
Bonus qualification:
- Working experience in HVAC
- Fluent in Mandarin
