Bedroom is approximately 10x10. Utilities (electric, water & waste, heating oil, internet) extra. No pets, drugs, smoking. Current two tenants are UW students, looking for mature, mostly quiet & studious housemate—another UW student would be ideal. Easy bus commute to campus (20-25 minutes). Parking available in driveway or on street. QFC supermarket within walking distance.
