大家好，我是Monika，我是替一位美国老爷爷Mark发的招租贴哈~我简单介绍一下，具体信息大家可以看附件中Mark自己写的英文版广告~
Mark的新装修Condo在Lake Stevens Road，离湖边码头50米左右，从阳台可以俯瞰湖景。
步行一分钟的私人野炊区配备桌椅。
车程五分钟即抵达附近商圈，开高速可直达 Everett,Snohomish 和 Seattle， 离北DowntownSeattle仅35 miles距离。
一共有三个房间：两间次卧和一间主卧，都是全新带家具的。
次卧每间 $1500/ 月，需共用洗手间 ；
主卧$2250/月，含独卫及豪华双人洗手台及按摩浴缸 ；
租金包含了水电网，gas, 垃圾费；
环境安全，车位充足。
Mark平时住在加州，是一个中国迷，所以希望将三个房间都出租给中国学生，长租短租都可以，但是不可以养宠物。
