I am subleasing this apartment. The location is really in the middle of downtown Seattle. Very near to almost all Amazon building. Some facts:

1. $1250 per month includes rent, utility, sewer, network, electricity. The furnitures shown in the pictures are not included. Require extra 150 per month for car part.

2. If you are interested in some furnitures, let me know, we can make a deal.

3. If you take this lease, you will have a bedroom that can hold a queen size bed, a private bathroom, shared washing and drying machine, shared kitchen, shared refrigerator, your working zone will be in the living room.

4. If you take this lease, you will have an Indian roommate. He works in Amazon, he is a vegetarian, but he is fine with you cooking meat in the apartment.
