大家好，帮以前的房东招租。房子地址在 26th Avenue East, 具体在Montan Park 附件，房子位置和环境非常好，房东是位美国老太太，这几年一直都是给咱华人访问学者租房。现在主要提供两间房子出租，一个是楼上带阳台房间、一个是半地下室房间，条件都很棒。

这是房东老奶奶的关于房间的介绍，一间是12月15日可以出租、一间是12月20日可以出租。
Two bedrooms are available in my very charming and beautiful home, in a lovely residential area very close to the University of Washington, bus lines and a gorgeous park. The home has many windows, a large living room and dining room, oriental carpets, exquisite artwork, a fireplace, french doors to a patio, lush garden, 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds and down comforters, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped and cheerful kitchen, and a washer/dryer. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable and we value respect and consideration of other.
A very lovely and sunny upstairs bedroom is for rent starting December 15 with a queen bed, desk, chairs, bureau, and a private sundeck looking out at the garden
On Dec 20 a very large and private daylight basement suite is for rent with a queen bed in a separate area, and a living room/study area with a couch, large and handsome desk, armchair, glass coffee table, three windows, artwork, and white carpets.
Both rooms have been rented all year by Chinese professors who are returning to China.
The rent for each room is $900 US dollars per month and this includes all utilities, internet and twice monthly housecleaning. The price for renting both rooms is $1700. Thick towels and good linens are furnished. A one year lease is preferred.
I am a retired University of Washington School of Medicine health care researcher.  I have 2 friendly 11 year old dogs who live here some of the time. There is no smoking and no additional pets.

房子真的很不错。房租包括WiFi、水电、床上用品、打扫费用，还可以洗烘衣服、可以做饭。附近幼儿园小学很近。而且周围环境特别好，离华大也很近。如果大家时间合适的话，绝对是首选房源。有需要的话，请及时和房东老奶奶联系。

如果时间提前到UW，也可以和老奶奶沟通，她一般会想办法让先住到她朋友家过渡，然后等现在房客回国后再搬过来。总之一句话，真的是很不错的选择。
