2018之江杯全球人工智能大赛是由之江实验室和浙江省人工智能发展专家委员会（AI TOP30）、中国人工智能产业发展联盟（AIIA）联合举办。之江-阿里云天池平台作为唯一大赛平台，邀请参赛者在已知类别上训练物体识别模型，要求模型能够用于识别来自未知类别的样本。 ZhejiangLab GlobalArtificial Intelligence Competition is held by Zhejiang Lab, ZhejiangExpert Committee on Artificial Intelligence Development (AI top 30), ChinaArtificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance (AIIA). As the solecompetition platform, Zhejiang Lab-Tianchi Alibaba CloudPlatform invites participants to train their models on known classifiedsamples to develop models to recognize unclassified samples. 创新类赛题有视频识别和问答、零样本图像目标识别两大分类。在视频识别和问答赛题中，参赛者需对给定的短视频进行内容分析，并对视频对应的问题做出回答；零样本学习（zero-shot learning）竞赛的任务是在已知类别上训练物体识别模型，要求模型能够用于识别来自未知类别的样本。 This competition consistsof two separate contests: Video Recognition and Q&A contest, and Zero-ShotLearning Picture Recognition contest. For VideoRecognition and Q&A contest, participants need to recognize, analyzespecific videos and answer corresponding questions; for Zero-shot Learning Picture Recognition contest, participants needto train their models on known classified samples to develop models torecognize unclassified samples. 同时，本次赛事还有针对细分领域进行人工智能应用解决方案的创业类项目征集。建议领域包括但不限于以下领域：医疗方面应用（如疾病图像诊断、医疗预诊系统等）；小商品领域中的AI应用（如低成本小商品的AI应用、小商品大数据的AI应用等）；智能制造领域应用（如生产、制造过程管理的AI，结合市场的决策方面的AI等）；教育产业领域应用（如基于人工智能教育的评估及辅助等）；商务办公领域应用（如智能办公等）。 There is also an Entrepreneurial Competition aboutapplying artificial intelligence to improve and solve technical matters inprofessional fields. The professional fields below are recommended but notrequired: medical Application (utilizing Artificial Intelligence to diagnosepatients’ graphical); petty Commodities (applying Artificial Intelligence toanalyze the costs of petty commodities); intelligent Manufacturing (applyingArtificial Intelligence to manage the production of manufactures); educationApplication (utilizing Artificial Intelligence to evaluate education based onAI technology) and business Application (applying Artificial Intelligence tomanage businesses etc.) 下一届人工智能大赛赛题征集包含对下一届赛题、赛程设计等，需提供学术意义、可行性分析论证、拓展应用等的全面方案。 The Collection of Problemsfor Next Competition includes designing scheme for the problems and contestschedule, and providing academic meaning, feasibility and related applicationof scheme for the next competition. 1. 大赛日程 a． 初赛：2018年8月1日－2018年9月25日 b． 复赛：2018年9月28日－2018年10月30日 c． 决赛：2018年11月下旬 1. CompetitionAwards a. FinancialAwards The total amount of financial prize of the competition is around 2,780,000 CNY. The highest amount of each contests’ firstprize is 500 thousand CNY. b. OtherAwards Internshipoffers：Top3 teams in the final contest will receive internship offers from Zhejiang Lab.Only one member in each team has the opportunity of receiving internship offer; Finalround interview offers:Top 10 teams from semifinal contest will receive final round interview offersfrom Zhejiang lab. Only two members in each team have the opportunities ofreceiving final round interview offers; Writingexamination exemption:Every team and individual who participates in semifinal contest are exempt fromwriting examination when applying to the Zhejiang Lab.
