替我室友发帖，室友是华大博士女生，秘鲁人，人非常nice. Lake City这个2BR 2BA非常走俏，现出租的这个卧室如以下信息：
卧室朝南，采光充足，有带浴缸的独立卫生间，面积都非常充裕。
公寓位于lake city, 房子很新，超大客厅、厨房、阳台和落地窗，光线充足，尤其是大阳台，相当于一间卧室大小，晴天在阳台晒太阳，雨天在屋里看雨，怎不惬意~ 房子里带洗衣机、烘干机，烤箱、微波炉、冰箱。
公交站步行3分钟，有372/75/65/41/522，到UW和downtown20分钟就到，非常方便。步行10分钟以内有3个大超市，Fred Meyer, Grocery Outlet, Safeway. 出门就是Chase, BOA各大银行，餐馆、邮局都是步行距离，交通非常方便~ 房子只限女生，如有意请联系我室友邮箱 cinthiairis@gmail.com

I am looking for a female roommate for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt in Lake City. Preferred move-in date is September 1st, but dates are flexible. The rental contract is for 1 year. The room has its own bathroom and the washer and dryer are within the unit. The apt is conveniently located to the 372 (U-District) and 522 (Seattle Downtown) bus stops, among other bus lines, and near the Fred Meyer, public library, post office, etc. Rent is $750 plus utilities. If you have a car, the apt has a parking lot and you can secure a parking space for an extra fee. No smoking. No pets.
