We are two UW grad students looking for the 3rd roommate. It's a 3br&2.5bath unfurnished house.
Address: 12520 26th Ave NE
Several bus lines to UW, Northgate and downtown. Lake City library, Fred Meyer, Chase, BOA, Wells Fargo just a couple of blocks away. Farmers' market every Thursday.
It's a 3-story house (see it on Google street view) of 130 square meters with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The house is featured with:
1, modern appliances (Microwave, gas burner, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/ dryer) in the kitchen and laundry room
2, ceiling fan in the mater bedroom
3, jetted bath in the master bathroom
4, garage for 1 car and free street parking
No gender preference
PhD student/ master student with full time working experience preferred
No pet, no smoker, no drug please
