We are Chinese and American couple. We are looking for a homestay student who attend UW. We offer you a beautiful room in a charming home with bed, desk, closet, microwave, refrigerate and your own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Good location:
Our house is near 120th St and 35rd AVE NE in Lake City, only minutes from the bus stop #65, #72, #372 to UW, and #522, #41 to downtown. Easy access to I-5, Walking distance to Lake City Center.
About you:
Non-smoker, clean, reliable, responsible, polite and easy-going person.
Rent $600
All utilities include: Cable TV/Internet, water, sewage, electricity, heat, garbage,

Available dates: 1st September
