如何要回AT&T的$40激活费+话费打折18%
本帖最后由 crf047 于 2013-9-11 12:36 编辑好像没有专门的攻略版，那就发这里吧。这篇攻略是讲如何利用UW和AT&T协议，把开户时交的激活费（每人$36和一大堆fee和tax，一共40多）统统要回来。如果是5个人的family plan的话，可以要回$200多，可以去吃大餐了~
首先声明一下合法依据吧，下面这段话是我从washington.edu的网页里copy来的：

Personal Cell Phones and Discounts Available to UW Employees
Special discounts and benefits with both AT&T and T-Mobile have been negotiated. Discounts range from 15% – 18% for employees and 10% – 15% for students, and are available to employees of the University and affiliated organizations. Other vendors may also offer discounts.
具体意思就是UW跟AT&T等运营商有合作，UW的employee和students可以享受10%~18%的折扣。很多同学还不知道，这份协议里不仅包括了折扣，还包括了fee waiver，其中包括万恶的激活费。下面我把自己激活折扣、要回激活费的过程一步一步写出来，造福后人~
1. 在上面地址里给大家提供了两个选项：
Employees: http://att.com/wireless/huskies
Students: http://att.com/wireless/gohuskies
2. 选择你的折扣类型。这里楼主建议，最好选第一项。
第二项的月折扣10%，不确定是否有fee waiver；（据楼主朋友说，选了这项要不回激活费）
而第一项的月折扣18%，有waiver （楼主自己选的就是这个）
因为AT&T对employee的界定很宽松，TA和RA毫无疑问是算数的，我还有个朋友大二本科，给大一的课当grader，也被算作employee了……
而且，一个family plan里面，只要holder本人是employee即可。所以，holder们加油吧……
3. 下一步，选register for discount，输入UW的邮箱和AT&T电话号。一定要学校的edu邮箱，然后会收到确认邮件，再填写一些个人信息，至此激活步骤就完成了。
4. 大概等几天时间，登录ATT时就能在首页看到 You're receiving 18% off qualified charges。以后每个月的基本话费（不包括data）会有18%折扣。
5. 然后就可以跟客服要回激活费了，可以去营业厅、打电话、或者Online chat，这里推荐用chat。最后，楼主再雷锋一次，把我当时的记录贴上来吧。

这个不清楚，但我觉得是有可能的！ 可以打电话或者去chat问一下AT&T的客服 要填SSN啊。。填0000没办法用T.T 回复cola0716
