靠近china town (中國城/華人街 食物+生活用品店) 公車5分鐘
靠近公車站 (48 去華大20分左右....)

附家具 (桌椅 床 衣櫃 鏡子 等等)


房租包水電瓦斯

有共用廚房 冰箱 微波爐 烤箱 等等 (但因為房主是佛教 吃全素 不能煮葷!)

免費網路 洗衣機 烘乾機

不能抽菸和有寵物 沒有停車位

第一個月須多支付訂金/押金 $300 如果搬出時東西沒損壞或沒有違房規 會全數退還


不包吃 只住 $600 (不能帶葷回家 可以自己在外面吃)

了解有點不便 但是家裡只能有素食不能改~

屋主人是修行人 個性和脾氣很好 不用擔心

Yes, I have talked to her, and I want to rent the place. But I cannot get in touch with Ms Chien since our last call. It seems that Ms Chien is always not at home, even at night.
