替房东招租：我在这间房子住了快一年，设施齐全、交通方便、确实不错。
下面是房东自己写的介绍：
GORGEOUS MONTLAKE HOUSE TO SHARE NEAR UW AND BUSLINES
Share charming, sunlit house located in Montlake, by the Arboretum, the 43 and 48 bus lines, and 10 minutes from the UW. The home has many windows, oriental carpets, exquisite artwork, French doors to a patio, 4 bedrooms, fully shared kitchen, internet, w/d, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely garden. It is neat, quiet and clean.
The room for rent is a very sunny, medium sized, on the second floor with a private sundeck, oriental carpet, and lovely furnishings. The monthly rent is $700 plus $100 for all utilities, WIFI and housecleaning. I am a retired research coordinator at the UW Dept of Family Medicine. I have 2 very friendly 8-year old dogs: a golden doodle and a golden retriever. There is no smoking and no additional pets in the house.
